Guest guest
I just inherited 6 rough wands of Selenite. I am wondering how to use it to meditate with, and how to use it to clear and align my chakras. I was also wondering what other uses are there for Selenite... I would really like to give these wonderful pieces the attention they deserve. Thank you so much! Theresa
Guest guest
Selenite itself does not need cleansing and one easy way to use them is to comb your or anothers aura. Just like you were using a hairbrush comb thru both sides of body and visualize the cleansing energy and release of all that needs to go. Another great use of the wand is to create a chakra wand or an ascension wand which is done by gluing stones along the flat or tabby side of the wand.Thank the universe for your fortune! --- On Mon, 10/20/08, Theresa <theresa wrote: Theresa <theresa [CrystalHW] Please assist me w/ my Selenite Monday, October 20, 2008, 9:38 PM I just inherited 6 rough wands of Selenite. Guest guest
Thank you for your help! If I was to make a wand, is there a special glue that will adhere to the selenite? I know that it dissolves in water… but it WOULD make a beautiful wand. Also, how does one actually USE a wand? Is there a special ritual that you can share with me? Especially for Ascension... which is exactly what I am seeking! Once again, I appreciate your help! I know that it dissolves in water This is my own personal choice when crafting with crystals, I do not use glue. I like to use copper wire and either etch a small groove in the crystals for holding power or work with gemstone beads that already have holes drilled in them. This is a two-fold reason. One, I don't want to use chemicals on the crystal and risk compromising their energy. Two, what does copper do? It conducts energy. So it is awesome for use in crystal crafting, especially wands! Also, I have yet to see selenite dissolve in water. Yes it is a soft crystal and can be scratched with a finger nail. Yes it can peel and flake depending on the form of gypsum/selenite you have. I keep selenite in drinking water and have yet to see it disappear. Also, the aquarium shops around me sell " Utah Ice " a clear plate-like form of selenite and they do put it in the tanks with the fish. As to how to use the wands .... you would use them pretty much the same way you use any wand. It is a tool and focal point be it in ritual, healing or meditation. Using a selenite wand for cleansing other crystals is a simple matter of pointing the wand at the other crystal and focusing intent and cleansing energies, etc.... " seeing " (with your mind's eye) the beam of white light leaving the tip of the wand and entering the receiving crystal. Blessings to your day all.
