Guest guest
Hello Julie and everyone x '' Depression '' with or without anxiety/panic is an ailment i have suffered myself .Also; as i recall in past discussions so have other members .. Your e mail has prompted me to type an exert from one of my favourite crystal books .( Crystal healing ; Judy Hall . page 40 ). '' Reactive depression occurs in a response or as a reaction to lifes events. It is triggered by a stressful situation in the family or a personal situation , but it may also be linked to emotional blockages or suppressed memories .It is common for partners of people who suffer from depression.Reactive depression is alliviated by happy events or by removal of the situation.Typically , symtoms are less noticable in the morning and increase during the day .Endogenous depression is not alleviated by happy events and is believed to be caused by biochemical imbalances , although emotional factors or spiritual dis-ease will also be present .The sufferer has disturbed sleep patterns and eating patterns and wakes feeling low ''. In Judy Halls book she suggest ''Labradorite'' for reative depression, and ''Smokey quartz'' for Endogenous depression. The crystal(s) can be carried with her , or worn in jewellery form.( or both of course) This is a wondeful wee book which also gives you a crystal layout for depression ..I could if you wish give you the layout and crystals needed . If you need any more help , please ask away xx Bright Blessings Diane H xxx --- On Tue, 10/7/08, Julie <jtluczek wrote: Julie <jtluczek [CrystalHW] New pictures Tuesday, October 7, 2008, 7:07 AM I finally found a way to bribe my son into letting me take a better picture of his rock. I posted them to the group photos. They are listed under Julie's Rocks. Thank you, Muriel! You are right he does love his rock. He has several dozen of them. He gives them away on occasion but this one he protects. I wish I could find one that will heal my mother. I went to a rock store and purchased a few that seemed right but she complained that they kept her awake so they sit just outside her bedroom door. She has several health issues but my main worry with her is depression. Any recommendations ? Blessings, Julie

Guest guest
oohh, off to look at new piccies, tell him I'm delighted he let you take more, I love to look at crystals, even pics :-) I always think with crystals it's the one the person is drawn to will help the most. If choosing for someone else, I try to keep the person/animal in mind while I choose, but we can only try, we don't always get it right. Perhaps at the moment your mum doesn't actually want crystal help? How about St John's Wort? Actually, Rose quartz just jumped into my mind.
