Guest guest
Yes, Tom! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I am still working on getting you a better picture of the rock. He won't part with it. Says if I touch it again, it won't be his special rock anymore. I must have taken some of its energy when I took that last picture. I will get it out of him, just might take a few more days, lol. Blessings, Julie - " Tom H. " <tgh96 Wednesday, October 01, 2008 9:14 AM [CrystalHW] Re: New\B2 Julie > Hi and welcome Julie! Guest guest
You don't need to touch it to take a photo - do it in conjunction with your son - either ask him to hold it and verbally get him and the stone manouevered in good postions or ask him to put it on a shelf or somewhere to get a good shot - he does all the touching, you just take a pic. Guest guest
Hi Muriel, To Jonny, just looking at anything of his, when he doesn't want you to, can send him into melt down mode. Anyway, I uploaded the pic I have and will get a more clear one as soon as he finds something " new " to look at. The rock came from our backyard and we live near Sacramento, Ca. Does anyone know if Tom was right? Guest guest
Could well be sandstone. I've never seen a tumbled piece, but the house I grew up in was built of it, as were most of the ones around there. It can be many shades from a yellowy through to orange. I think what's most important is that Jonny loves it and believes it helps him.
