new member Intro and Dealing with Negative Energy

Hi everyone. I'm new to the group. I share my home with house rabbits

(neutered/spayed and litterbox trained). I have been working with an energy

therapist for several years and began studying crystal healing while writing a

chapter on energy healing for a rabbit care book that was published in July.

 

My personal favorite (and that of several people I have given pieces to) for

dealing with negative energy, especially in a work environment, is Black

Tourmaline.

already working with the quartz family this may resonate with you even better

then the onyx but by all means try them both and see which you like better.

Could anyone give me any insight into this .

As i am unsure if i am just sensitive or this is a form of negative energy .

Within my family circle there are people that have severe addiction problems .

In total three people  ( all very closely linked ) have problems with alcohol /

drugs . This has a spin off of violent , and untrustworthy people .When i think

of this situation, or it is discussed  , or we visit , i do not feel well at all

..

How can i cope better with this , and can i protect myself from it .?

 

Also a very kind person from here sent a few links regarding reiki recently , it

was in response to me asking how to perform distant healing . I have mislaid the

link . Is it possible to resend the link please .
