I tried sending a clear quartz into a glass of city drinking water that tasted like chlorine and didn't notice a difference. I have been through 2 of the kundalini reiki attunements and feel a huge circle of heat where my brow chakra is. Tonight just for kicks I tried to put a lapis lazuli there and I do think it made it feel somehow better. I also was reading through the properties of some of the stones and when I thought about amber being related to the lungs, I absent- mindedly pointed my fingers through the house to the person in the home who smokes and imagined them filling up his lungs to help them heal. I felt the ends of my fingers tingle when I did that. That surprised me. So maybe there's hope for me yet. Guest guest Posted August 19, 2008 Report Share Posted August 19, 2008 One of my fish has a swim bladder problem and I thought this weekend he was going to die. I used my ethereal crystals as I don't like putting things in the tank with them and my son gets into the stones if I put them on or around the tank. I put a clear quartz in the water with them and they all started swimming around even the sick one (he swam up side down). I placed a hematite on him and he flipped right way up and swam normally all day. Now I keep a hematite ethereal crystal with him and he hasn't floated belly up in 2 days. My baby was waking up a lot at night now I put a aventurine in bed with him and he sleeps through the night every night I do it, I thought well maybe he was just finally sleeping so I didn't do it one night and I was up every hour. I place a snowflake obsidian in my oldest bed at night for his nightmares and I tend to send one with him if we are to be apart as he sees things that others don't and can get very upset without me or my husband there when it happens. I guess in other words I use them all the time right alone side of my real stones and reiki. I really enjoy them and found that the more I use them the more powerful they get. I understand most of them, but what led you to use hematite on the fish and aventurine on the son? I consider aventurine to be a detox stone. I'll have to go check out their other properties, but those I would not have thought of in those situations (still learning!). For some reason I felt like he needed to be grounded so I grounded him. I don't really have any other reason other then I was compelled to. AS for my sons, I use aventurine myself to enhance psychic dreams and for divining. It helps to release fears and anxiety and grounds emotionally. So for my sons I use it to stop nightmares and ground there emotions at night helping them sleep through. I also am still learning but I tend to go by my gut feeling with most of my energy healing and crystal work. I can't help it I am compelled to act on instinct. Has anyone tried calling down an attunement to a rock that isn't on the ethereal crystals list? I tried last night with a stone I bought at the rock shop.
