Yes and thanks for your reply my crystal is now comfortable to hold I

hope that is normal it used to tingle in my hand and feel very warm,

it still does at odd times now but in general nothing like it was the

day I fist had it. I now have it out in the sun have heard that's

good for them. I'm finding at night this crystal is of Great instant

pain relief if placed on area's of pain, which I have several ie

knee's, frozen shoulder,misc aches due to nucrosis in my rt hip and

it also seems to releve my nuropathy in my feet when going to sleep

it isnt permanent but I'll glady take anything I can get. I have no

instruction's on how to best use this for self healing but in gereral

I'm simply letting my instinct's guide me, if anyone has a plan or

tips please let me know. In return I will gladly report any progress

made which it is my hope that would be of interest to other's here.
