Treated Stones

I've been thinking about the process now popular with stones and crystals.

At first I was hesitant because I feel it may distort from the original. But

now I wonder. The stones were brutally brought forth in the beginning

naturally. So perhaps heat treating and infusions are not so bad for the

crystal after all.

Thoughts?
