Guest guest
what crystals can help with a Bipolor disorder? and also the depression that goes along with it. Also using grounding techniques helps.
Guest guest
You are doing something that in fact you are not really want to do, that's the cause of your problem, so at first you need to make a plan to solve this problem. From my point of view, you can use Lapis Lazulia in your meditation, and make clear what is your really wish. If this advise can be some helpful, I will do more. , " cathy " <religzelot wrote: > > what crystals can help with a Bipolor disorder? and also the > depression that goes along with it. Guest guest
Cathy i am bi-polar and have used crystals to help me along with some elixirs. essential oils and herbs.. the crystals i use are.. lepidolite for stress relief and serenity, peterfied wood for inner peace, smithsonite for emotional healing..Kunzite for emotional healing..also what i do is i run my hand over all my stones and what ever one feels like i need to take it with me or have it near me that day i take it.. i also sleep with them... eating lots of broccoli and Brazil nuts because they have selenium in them helps me and any excuse to eat chocolate but i did switch to dark chocolate. but most of all i accepted that i had a disease but that i was not going to let it over take me and become me.. that i realized there would be times i would be so depressed all i could do was take baby steps to hold on.. and during those times i used stones to help keep me grounded. and i would sit on the earth and just let the depression seep into mother earth. Before i started really using stones and understanding how they could help me.. somebody said to a friend of mine " Candy likes being depresse " .. and i got very angry.. as i thought i hated being this way but to tell you the truth it was all i had known for a long time.. and drs and hospitals didnt seem to help me but if he thought i liked being that way he could go ++++himself... well than i really got to thinking about it what he had said and asked myself how could i change how could i help myself as it didnt seem that meds and hospitals and drs really could..so i sat down and gave it some thought i realized one thing i could do was smile more often.. since i hardely smiled anymore.. so i did.. at first it was more like the chesier cat.. and i knew that anybody who saw me just laughed and that made me kind of laugh to think others were laughing and pretty soon for real i started to laugh and smile. than i started thinking if i could smile more and that seemed to help a little than other things could help me even more.. so i started looking into the energy of stones.. i have always collected stones since i was little but never really knew how to use them. but i find when i need a stone to help me all i have to do is start walking around them and it picks me out.. or i am bugged and bugged till i go get it. i stopped giving into my depression and fought back..does that make sense to you at all? when you feel your worse no matter how hard it is look your best.. and carry the stone you have chosen in your pocket and feel of it often as if its a good friend saying.. you can make it.. you can do this.. you can overcome.... and little by little i am sure you will..i hope a little of this has helped you.. dont be hard on yourself. and oh yes dont duct tape any of them to yourself use something else cuz the duct tape hurts when you have to pull it off and leaves a mark like a giant hicky.....lol... big hugs you dear one.. candy... cathy <religzelot wrote: what crystals can help with a Bipolor disorder? and also the depression that goes along with it. Guest guest
Hi Candace, I have a son that has bipolar, ADHD, GTS and is light mental handicapped. I use stones and when we are in the New Age bookshop, he always chooses stones, mostly the brown or red ones and even one time a black one and a white one. I have made myself Lightwands and my son loves them. What kind advice should you give me to do with those stones? He has some stones around his neck and those are, Moonstone(rainbow) and a prehnite. Guest guest
hi, it seems to me that your son knows what to do with the stones already.. what i did for my grandchildren was make them little circles with stones that would help with bad dreams. i also added herbs to help and i uses that material they make the no sew blankets out of but i sewed circles.. about the size of a saucer so they could find them under there pillows easily.. i sewed all the herbs and stones into the circles so they could not come out. i also made some cat shapes and called them sweet dream kitties..my grandchildren like them because the stones dont get lost.. and they can keep them under there pillows and feel the stones in the bags and also they smell very nice since i have lavender, chamomile, sweet grass and white sage in them along with amethyst, moon stone, citrine, howlite and a few stones that i let them pick out from the basket of stones i have that they play with..they helped me put the stones and herbs into these little packets and watched me sew them shut.. so they are special to them and to me..and the lovely part is no more bad dreams.. also as they get older since they are only young i will let them have little pouches that they can wear around there neck or keep in there pockets.. but as i said i have a feeling your son picks stones that help him. I work in a stone shop and sometimes i see parents come in and try to influence there children to pick the stone they think they should have but always the children pick what they want.. and i have noticed allot of children pick the darker colored stones.such as the reds and browns. If the parent wins out and picks the stones for the child i have often found that stone left behind..... your son is lucky to have you as a mom who lets him make his own choices.. i wish you both well.. candace seraphilia_angel <seraphilia_angel wrote: Hi Candace, I have a son that has bipolar, ADHD, GTS and is light mental handicapped. Guest guest
Thank you for your compliments at my address. It does a lot. I hear from many people that I am such a good mother for my son. It means a lot for me because I have had the other way. My mother have tried to influence me in conditions that doesn't suit me and she does still. I know how sick it has made me and I know that my son needs that space to be what he is and what he wants to be. Even when he loves to be in his own world. Everything has a purpose. I am wearing a cyanite and a moonstone. Combined with crystals he gets Bachflower remedies, Colour balancing and reiki.
