Guest guest
I have something called nystagmus where my eyes move left/right erratically as if in REM sleep, and my head nods, much searching has shown me several things, and I know it to be a matter of energy and spiritual karma and other influences, rather than a " disease " as all things are ultimately it is though work must be done with one of the chakras, and sometimes I feel it is the third eye, other times, throat, and other times, sacral or root, that something is out of alignment and needs fixing, what crystals would be useful for doing this? I practice sun-gazing, and it makes me highly aware of intricate imbalances, while gazing at the moon for an hour I felt as if a magnetic pull fixed and put still my head and eyes, for a moment. It is something quite peculiar, could be as simple as doing the right yoga asanas, or spinning the head in circles for a long time makes it still,
Guest guest
Have you considered Craniosacral therapy? Ear candling? I don't know anything about it in humans, but this happens with dogs. Hope you get it sorted. Guest guest
what happens with dogs? nystagmus, or just ear issues? i made some sun-charged water with amethyst + rose quartz (2) + blue lace agate (think it was reiki charged) and it seems to be a good combo alternate nostril breathing and running energy up the spine, tai chi, yoga, spinning the head in circles, fix this quite a bit. , " murielblackley2 " <murielblackley2 wrote: > > Have you considered Craniosacral therapy? Guest guest
I forget the name of it at the moment, but it's a bit like a stroke but with the flickering eyes.
