The energies around the planet right now are forcing us to take a look at,

10 Tips for Safe Crystal Elixirs

Crystal and stone elixirs can be wonderful vibrational tools to support

your healing and transformation. Basically, elixirs are water that has been

structured with crysatalline energy. As seen in Dr. Emoto's work The Messages

in

Water, water is a very responsive medium and easily takes on the

vibrational qualities of the energies it is exposed to.

But did you know that immersing some stones in water can cause toxic

elements to leech into the water, and then be taken in with the elixir?

Potentially toxic elements such as arsenic, cobalt, boron and other

not-so-desireable chemicals can be avoided by using the simple elixir tips

below!

 

1. Place your crystal or stone in a glass jar, then place the glass jar in

a bowl full of spring water. Cover it all to prevent dust or contaminants

from entering and allow the stone to sit in the water for 24 hours. The

resulting water will be structured, but will not contain any toxic elements.

 

2. The resulting water is the " mother " elixir, which should then be cut

using pure, unstructured water at a ratio of 1/10 elixir to 9/10 pure water.

The

first generation will be more active on the physical level. The second

generation will be more active on the emotional, third generation is more

active

on the mental level, and fourth generation is more active on the spiritual

level. You can use traditional homeopathic or flower essence formulas as well

as this simple cutting method.

 

3. Make small batches (1 cup or less) to avoid spoilage.

 

4. Make single-note elixirs of individual stones instead of making a single

elixir using several stones. That way, you can mix and blend the elixirs

themselves-- giving you more flexibility in creating blends.

 

5. Bottle the elixirs in small bottles (1 oz or .5 oz). Use 1/3 bottle

preservative such as alcohol (I use Crystalle vodka, which is filtered over

quartz crystals) or vinegar.

 

6. Use dark bottles to prevent ambient light from restructuring the elixir.

I use cobalt blue bottles, but brown or green would work fine as well.

 

7. Make elixirs for enhancing an aspect, such as abundance, love or

healing, on the waxing (growing) moon or full moon. Make elixirs for getting

rid of

issues such as addiction clear, negative energy clearing, breaking habits or

patterns, on the waning (decreasing) moon or new moon.

 

8. It is more effective to sit in meditation with the elixir as it is

charging, than it is to charge the elixir in sun or moonlight. Your energy,

intent

and focus are key ingredients!

 

9. Begin with a dosage of 7 drops, 3 times a day under the tongue or sipped

in water. Increase or decrease depending on what you notice.

 

10. Don't keep elixirs for more than 6 months. Discard if you notice

cloudiness or yuckiness in the bottom of the bottle, which could indicate

bacterial

growth. This shouldn't be a problem if proper preservatives are used, but

its best to be sure!
