Hi Kay use a piece of Rhodochrosite to get rid of the asthma. & nbsp; A piece of

ametrine to releive stress, and to regenerate the physical body by oxygenating

the blood, and strengthens the immune system. & nbsp; Angelite applied to the feet

unblocks meridians and energetic pathways balancing the physical body with the

etheric realms. & nbsp; Basically you treat to rebalance yourself. & nbsp; Herbally

boil a mullien leaf use a towel over your head and breathe in the steam. & nbsp;

Good Luck! & nbsp; Light and Love! & nbsp; Goldie

Hey Kay I forgot to add the most important thing - whenever you work with stones

or herbs don't forget to thank them. & nbsp; In Native America we use a small

pinch of tobacco or cornmeal however if you don't have those just say a prayer

of thanksgiving to Creator for the tools he gave you to work with and to the

stone people themselves or herbs for being there to help you. & nbsp; Goldie
