Kay-

Sorry for my slow replies. It's been busier than usual here lately,

but I wanted to offer a few possibilities.

If it were me, and I wasn't sure where the challenges were, I'd focus

on that as a first step - understanding where I'm at right now, and

getting a sense of what could be complicating the dance.

Some stone spirits that may help include:

* Black Canadian Aventurine - The spirits of Black Canadian Aventurine

show us what is in our unconscious/subconscious mind, what rests below

the surface that we may not immediately see. This can help us to

understand the deeper dynamics of any situation, and our relationship

to it.

* Tourmalinated Quartz - These spirits help us to understand what

blocks us from connecting, from making the connections we seek. With

this understanding, we can work on clearing the road.

* Rutilated Quartz - While the Tourmalinated Quartz Elders help us to

understand what makes connecting difficult, the spirits of Rutilated

Quartz give us the courage and confidence to reach out and make those

connections, and to enjoy the goodness that comes from connecting with

other people.

* Mexican Herkimer Diamonds - The Herkimers from Mexico, like their

relatives from New York, help us to find clarity, but these spirits

bring us clarity on an emotional level. They enable us to understand

what's going on within us, where we're at emotionally and how our

emotions are at play in our present situation.

* Covellite - Covellite brings us flashes of insight and

understanding, a medicine of revelation that helps us to see what has

previously eluded us. In other words, these stone spirits bring us to

that much needed " aha! " moment.

> I have some confidence issues....

There are a number of stone spirits that can offer some support for

confidence issues. They include:

* Pink Danburite - The spirits of Pink Danburite remind us, in every

moment, with every breath, that we are beautiful and exquisite beings.

We are children of the Earth Mother & the Mystery, we hold their

awe-inspiring presence within us. Even when we have forgotten how

beautiful we really are, the Pink Danburite Elders remember, and

they'll lead us back there time and time again, until we have grown

roots in that place.

* Mochi Marble - Mochi Marbles are some of the most delightful stone

spirits I've ever met. They offer constant support and encouragement,

and invite us to celebrate who we are. They're like that good friend

that always tells us we're smart, attractive and incredible, and means

it every time. These Elders help us to feel better about who we are in

every way.

* Bytownite - The spirits of Bytownite help us to build our

confidence, to find our strength and to be willing to carry our

goodness and beauty into the world. They help us to hold our head

high, to look people directly in the eyes and to smile from a place

that knows how special and beautiful we are. The Bytownite Elders

remind us that we bring something to our relationships, and to the

world, that no one else can, teaching us that we are truly priceless.

* Quan Yin Fluorite - The delicate spirits of Quan Yin Fluorite share

a medicine that supports deep self-acceptance. Too many of us

to an idea that says, " I'll be good/acceptable/ok when this

happens, or that happens. " The truth is, we're perfect right now, just

as we are. We are perfect in our humanness, which means we may stumble

or miss the mark sometimes, but that doesn't change the perfection of

our soul. Quan Yin Fluorite helps us to release everything that says

otherwise.

* Lapis Lazuli - There is a great and beautiful bigness that exists

within us at a soul level, something so huge and so magnificent that,

once seen, it would dissolve all illusions we may hold of being small

and unworthy. The spirits of Lapis Lazuli lead us to the bigness of

the soul, and unveil it in ways that can be truly life changing.

I hope the above is helpful for you in some way, and I appreciate your

patience with my replies.

Dancing,

Fabeku

I really like your website Fabeku, pity you are not in my locality-

Liverpool Britain, there isn't much stone (crystal) spirit workers/shamans

here- in fact I don't think I know of any. I am doing a diploma in crystal

healing, and while most people don't think I am nuts there are some who

smirk when I treat the crystals as beings not tools. I am a hedge druid and

this probably has some influence on my approach- differs a bit to the " new

age " ideas. I like most aspects of the Western crystal healing training, but

some of it in my opinion is a bit too clinical, so I will be taking what I

want from my training and then adapting /creating my own methods- this is

what two crystal healers I know have advised me to do ( they seem to accept

crystals are alive).
