If a person takes regular medicine for Hypertension,

and because of the

medicine the Blood Pressure is under control.

 

Can such a person do meditation of Twin Heart?

There is a tremendous downpour of energy during the practice

of the Meditation on Twin Hearts which energizes the bodies and has a ripple

effect on the environment up to a certain radius.

If there are pre-existing congestions on the

meridians or chakras of the practitioner, the congestion will be energized and

become magnified unless cleansed properly and sufficiently before the practice.

 

The instructions given by Master Choa Kok Sui

for the practice of the Meditation on

Twin Hearts are intended to ensure safe and beneficial

results for the practitioner. If a person

applies any modifications to the instructions, format

or to the practice, the person has to take

responsibility for any risk to his/her energy balance

and overall health.
