Hi Marilette - I attended The Healing Arts Center,

here in St. Louis Missouri and had the pleasure of

having Tom Tessereau as my teacher for 2

levels. He is so great and my passion really is

Pranic Healing and energy work. He referred me to

your website and talks highly of you. I have a PH

technique question. I have only taken PH 1 and a 1

other seminar. My goal is to definitely take a

Psychotherapy seminar and a Crystal one also. I

really want to learn the crystal therapy.

 

So, I have the Psychotherapy book and have been

following the " recipes " in that. I have been working

with someone that has a cocaine addiction and

have done it every other day for 2 weeks. He is also

getting acupuncture sessions for drug addiction. It

talks about cracked webs and shields, etc.

I don't really know what that means. It says to put

protective shields over certain chakras. What I have

been doing is just placing my hand over the

specific chakra and imagining in my mind a shield to

shield any negative thoughts, etc. for that chakra.

????? Webs? Crown-hand technique, to

make sure that I am doing that right. It is electric

violet for a lot of these chakras for this recipe. I

imaging violet light coming down through

my crown out of my right hand, into the chakra that I

am working on. Also, after cleansing the chakra,

while doing the energizing, do you still imagine

violet light. So, cleansing and energizing is both

with whatever color they say?? Is that right?

 

Any other suggestions you have for working with a drug

addiction would be helpful. He is doing much better

and every time I do PH on him, his chakras

seem more clear. It feels good to help.

To facilitate understanding of the concepts and anchor

the techniques in the consciousness, it is important

to actually attend and partcipate in the Pranic

Healing courses.

 

1. Shields are programmed energy utilized in Pranic

Psychotherapy to temporarily isolate the patient's

energy from negative environment thereby giving the

energy body time to heal itself.

 

Electric violet prana is applied on the chakra using

the crown-hand technique. The shield must be

internally permeable. The instructions to to do this

important step are given in the Pranic Psychotherapy

book.

 

The shield gets used up and must be reapplied every 1

to 3 days depending on the requirements.

 

2. For Pranic Psychotherapy, cleansing and energizing

is applied using electric violet prana except when

otherwise instructed in specific protocols.

 

3. Pranic Healing is very effective but for healing

to be complete and lasting, the patient has to have a

certain degree of willingness to get healed. This

means that the patient's participation and cooperation

are important. The following steps are done by the

patient:

 

- Regular practice the Meditation on Twin Hearts to

facilitate proper assimilation of healing energy and

prevent relapse.

 

-Daily physical exercises for at least one hour

everyday to facilitate the cleansing of toxins from

the system, prevent withdrawal symptoms and to

energize and strengthen the physical body which had

been weakened by drug use.

 

- Daily positive self-affirmations to create a

positive self-image.

 

- Do service for several hours per week regularly for

the good of others. Engage in esoteric or self

development studies. These will assist in expanding

the awareness beyond the singular lower self.

 

- Daily diet of healthy, nutritionally balanced food

with plenty of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits and

drink sufficient amounts of fresh water.
