Guest guest Posted October 5, 2006 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 Namaste, I am 36years old male weighing 80KGS, i am a social drinker(weekly once) and i work out for two hours in the gym 4 times a week, my problem is compare to my friends and colleauges,i sweat in excess in the gym at work or even at parties while dancing, i do drink a lot of water to keep my self hydrate, however the excess sweating makes me unconfortable at work and at parties, what is the cause and is there a protocol to control sweating, Please advise Thanks and Regards, Morris ======================= Dear Morris, Namaste.
