The following may help you improve your scanning:

 

1. Daily proper practice of the Meditation on Twin

Hearts with chakral healing (or psychological self

healing). This activates the heart and the crown,

sensitizes the energy body to subtle energies, builds

up the connection to the soul( Oneness) , cleanses and

balances the chakras.

 

2. Always invoke for protection, guidance, help and

illumination before scanning or healing. Give thanks

during and after the procedure.

 

3. Feel love and compassion before and during

scanning. This softens the energy.

 

3. Be like a child: happy, open, trusting and

gentle, when scanning. Analyzing or doubting what

you sense while scanning produces useless anxiety and

disturbances in your scanning.

 

4. Touch you heart with the finger pads of the fingers

of the other hand, and smile. Using too much will

blocks the sensing.

 

5. While being aware of your scanning hand or

finger(s), look at the area or chakra that you are

scanning. For distant healing, do this in your mind.

 

Please continue your healing and scanning practice.

Scanning is a skill, therefore with constant proper

practice you will develop it. That is certain!

problems in scanning

Dear Marilette!

 

I am a basic pranic healer, I was practising pranic

healing almost

every day for the last to month, but suddenly I had no

results in

scanning: in other words, I had concrete results

first, clear and

without doubt, and than, from one day to another the

clearness was

gone. Now it is like I am felling too much, I get to

many results and

they are contradictory.

I hope you can help me, it is a frustrating situation

for me.
