HelloThrough the years, we have had forms on our site that ask a doctor to take responsibility for any possible vaccine damage. Of course, the forms are for educating the the doctor or other "mandating" person. No one has ever signed one of these forms and usually the subject of vaccination goes away when these forms are presented.Thanks to someone who has spent many hours improving the document (The Physician's Warranty of Vaccine Safety), we now have an improved version posted here:http://vaclib.org/legal/consent09.doc.Enjoy, Dewey[VacLib.org web guy]
