"Earlier this week, Manitoba Health revealed two people died within a week of getting their H1N1 shot. The province’s chief medical officer, Dr. Joel Kettner, said he did not believe the vaccine was responsible for the deaths. “It looks so far like both of these deaths were related to illnesses that people had either before or right after the vaccine and cannot be explained by the vaccine,” he said Thursday." Interesting above - they can die of other illnesses but they still blame it on h1n1but when the die of those other illnesses after a vaccine, it is the illnees, not the vaccine Also will check on this unadjuvanted vaccine they now will be using - I think that is the one that has 50 mcg of mercury!Sheri http://www.winnipegsun.com/news/winnipeg/2009/11/20/11841916.html Two H1N1 influenza clinics will be open Saturday. The clinics are at the University of Manitoba in the second floor Multipurpose Room in University Centre and the Holy Eucharist Parish Hall at 460 Munroe Ave. Both locations will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Friday, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority announced it has gone through its supply of H1N1 vaccine with adjuvant and is now using only the Canadian-made vaccine without adjuvant. Health Canada has recently approved the vaccine for use in pregnant women as well as people aged 10 to 64 who do not have a weakened immune system. The two clinics open Saturday will only be administering the non-adjuvanted vaccine. Manitobans can expect another shipment of the adjuvanted vaccine early next week, the WRHA said. A spokeswoman for the WRHA said 4,409 received H1N1 vaccinations Friday. That’s a far cry from the health authority’s busiest day, when 16,000 people were vaccinated. Since the mass immunization clinics started Oct. 26, the WRHA has vaccinated 168,91 people against the H1N1 vaccine. According to Manitoba Health, more than 270,000 vaccinations have been delivered by regional health officials across the province.
