Guest guest
Dear Online Friends, I am happy to announce the addition of some new exercises that are helpful for patients suffering from arthritis/teeth and gum problems and sleeplessness and/or similar other problems; With each step of the ATBSNR exercises, one can also do some exercises with the hands and the arms. As for example after doing the first set of exercises once, you can remove the palms and keep the palms and arms side ways to your sides in the same horiontal position. After a couple of seconds enjoyment of the exercise/s, you can raise your arms while inhaling to make the palms and fingers straight pointing upwards. Then after a second, pull both the arms down while exhaling and touching the shoulders with folded palms. Then after a second or so, raise the arms upwards while inhaling and throwing them side ways exhaling. You can do one more thing. You can make the palms fall on the bed with tips of the fingers falling on the bed with a slight thud. This activates the accupressure points of the teeth so that it helps repair the teeth and gums and makes you free from any existing teeth and gum problems. It may take some time, may be a couple of weeks, to feel the effect. To induce better and quick sleep, you may do ATBSNR's five sets of exercises, each ten times making it a total count of 50 with each of the fifty followed by this extra step so that you can even prevent joint and shoulder pains and tooth problems. In this manner, the whole body will get the exercises making you free from arthritic and tooth aches, pains and problems. It would keep you free from backache too. I do hope, with the help of some friends, I shall prepare a VCD so that people can practice it correctly and properly to get full benefit; Amen!
