Senior Yoga Practitioner, yet suffering BACK PAIN, gets CURED!

A senior member of the Patanjali Yog Samiti, Pune who is also a YOGA TEACHER

visited the Nature Cure & Spinal Rehab Centre, Pune with acute pain all over his

back. He said that he had been doing all the exercises recommended by Swami

Ramdevji Maharaj for the last four years, yet, for the last 12 months or so he

has been suffering from the back pain. Both the X’ray and MRI reports

indicated a gap at L4-L5 level. The consulting doctor (Dr. Pardesi) recommended

some traction and other physical exercises and after a month, he examined the

patient further and recommended surgery. As the spinal surgery is highly

invasive, costly and risky too, the patient came to our Centre to take a chance.

After giving him some tips about taking good, wholesome and fresh fruits and

seasonal vegetables, drinking plenty of water and avoiding the famous five white

poisons, namely, white sugar, salt, refined flours, fats and non-veg. items, he

was explained the simple three-minute spinal yoga exercises popularly known as

ATBSNR as at www.atbsnr.com, he was personally guided to practice them.

THE MOMENT HE FINISHED AND GOT UP, HE HAD NO PAIN WHATSOEVER.

The Big Lesson: Yoga is good for better health, yet the spine yoga is needed by

every human being on this planet to enjoy this beautiful life conferred upon us

by God Almighty. Hence let us together make this world back pain free.

For more info, please visit the above-mentioned website, view the exercises on

Feedbacks through emails to the author or by posting on the are most

welcome as they inspire others to practice them and help them make themselves

back pain free to enjoy life better than ever before; Amen!
