Understanding the Behavioral Patterns with

The Assessment

WorldJust as the clock strikes 6:00 on a Friday evening, like most of

us Mr. Bright is busy calling his friends for the weekend jaunt. He was already in the party rocking. Beaming

with high volts of energy he is the center of attraction. With everyone around, he just had no time to

speak to all those with him. Joyful weekend passed by…….

 

It’s the usual Monday morning; Bright is in Office unobserved,

hushed in his voice and unnoticed in his work. During a quick snack, Mr. John,

who was a long time associate of Bright, on and off work, expresses his views

on him. He asks Bright “Why are you so quite at office ….I have seen you for

years now, you tend to be very lively and friendly outside, but why not in the

workâ€

Bright

replies with a cute smile – “I am like thatâ€!!!!
