Folks, I was browsing this website and it seems to contain a lot of good information related to heart diseases and how it can be cured naturally. http://www.healthy-heart-guide.com/index.html

I wanted to know about this naturally occuring ancient Indian herb (Guggulipid) that has been shown to reduce LDL and triglyceride levels without any side effects. Further search on this drug lead me to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commiphora_wightii. I want to know if this is easily available in southern india and under what common name?
