thank you for giving healing to dustin. it has been a week since he

was to the hospital.

he still feels lots of pain and discomfort in his tail bone, it hurts

to go the bathroom. and the donut doesn't work well for him.. but he

said it is much better than a week ago....

he also is eating veggie style keeping his food intake lite.

 

but his spirit is doing better than ever..

we talked about light healing and the ability to heal self through

spiritual healing

he was harboring a lot of bad feelings towards others.. and realizes

it may be the reason for his accident..

he has forgiven and is trying to sort out his emotions..

i tell him we become what we think and what we think we attract to

self...

so if we hate we attract hate..

if we judge others others will judge us..

if we wish bad on others we attract that which we think..

 

he said it is very hard to give up hating someone that has hurt you..

i told him he is very wrong with this thinking..

i told him

sometimes

we think that if we give up hating someone we think we are giving the

person something

good.. which they don't deserve..

but in reality..

when we stop feeling bad about others and send those we don't like

love and light and forgiveness and give up all hate..

we give to ourselves...

 

and that is the greatest gift of all.

 

sending love and light to others is sending love and light to

self...

 

dustin is healing..

he is focusing on the crown and bringing the light down through his

chakras focusing on the tail bone. expanding the light then bringing

it back up to the crown.. expanding the love and light into the

cosmos..

 

at first he laughed and said it was silly.. get lost kinda thing..

but once he tried it and and with the healing that has been sent his

way.

i think it is helping him...

 

it has been an intense week but lots was learned and i must tell you

all i have felt the healing sent this way..

i am very grateful..
