Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I posted a question the other day about clairaudience. I have been having ringing in my right ear while meditating with or without a crystal. I had also been doing laying on of stones once a week on myself. About a week ago I limited my crystal usage, actually having them on my person or on a chakra center. The ringing did not go away but did lessen in frequency. I used to keep my little quartz point in one pocket and a moonstone in my right. These I have set aside and do not keep on my person. I wear my turquoise cross all the time. Last night as I was praying and meditating I held my turquoise cross, which I do often. I held it in my right hand. I could just feel the energy surge entering my right palm. It wasn't unpleasant at all and there was ringing in my right ear. I switched the cross to my left hand to see if there would be ringing in my left ear. I started to think that me holding the cross in my right hand all the time was why the ringing was in my right ear. The energy entered my left palm but the ringing was in my right ear. I held it for a long time. At some point early morning, I was awoken by an energy surge coming from my right palm. This has happened before. Can someone explain this to me? I think that the ringing is related to holding the crystal or crystals. I was seriously thinking about having my Dr. check my right ear. I think it has something to do with the energy. Any input would be appreciated. Patti
Guest guest
Aloha Patti. . Wanted to share some information that may be helpful. A sister in law was suffering from Minnear's (sp?) ear and could not stand for even a few second without losing her sense of balance. Obviously it was disrupting her life. I spoke with my chiropractor and he suggested that she try an exercise from Michael Chang's book Internal Exercises. It involves taking the forefinger Index) and using it to firmly press down the little flap at the front of the ear. Then take the middle finger of the same hand and use that finger to gently 'drum' on top of the index finger. he book gives more details about how and why this works, but I have shared it with many who have found it useful in ending ear ringing. My sister in law found that it brought her equilibrium back. The body is an electrical conduit as are crystals and mineral, so it's not surprising that they could affect an issue such as ringing in the ears. I have occasionally used crystals that were too amped for the purposes intended and seemed to have a negative affect, so have put them aside and 'as Peggy says' asked the one needed to step forward. They are entities with wisdom, yet are also tools that follow general scientific principles that can be helpful in deciding on their use or understanding their effects. The energy in a crystal goes toward the point, toward heat, toward light, toward water, toward the earth so you might want to use a crystal neat that ear with the base touching the ear and the point going outward. My intuition is saying try a small double terminated piece as this can assist in creating balance. Small Tibetan one are fairly easy to come across. As always intuition, attention and intention are great guidelines. Experimenting and noticing their effects can be a great teacher. . .Hope this is helpful. Guest guest
Patti, I am new to all of this, so I cannot comment about the energy from the crystals. I can, however, comment on the ringing in your ears. Your adrenals control blood vessel contraction and relaxation. This affects your blood pressure. You could possibly have abnormally constricted blood vessels in your inner ear, triggering the ringing. I would have your blood pressure checked out. When you lay down do you feel your pulse beating in your head? (or when you lean over?) These are other signs of high blood pressure. High blood pressure can also be a result of calcium build up in the arteries. I would try an ionic form of Magnesium, twice a day, increase your potassium intake (stop eating table salt or anything with salt..except sea salt. Sea salt has 82 minerals, salt has 2. ) I also recommend visit to your doctor. I am not a doctor, nor do I claim to be one. I am just some one who cares and loves to help others. Guest guest
Aloha Candace . . .I really can't say. I do remember now that the instructions were to tap on the middle finger with the index finger ten times, stop for 10 seconds and repeat the tapping twice. It has worked every time I've used it for ringing in ears and sister in law used it for Minnears which relates to equilibrium. It seems that something so simple might not affect something so aggravating and seemingly irresolvable, but it has worked for me and others. Someone more knowledgeable about TMC or Traditional could probably answer that as the book that it came from relates to stimulation of energy related to meridians. My sense is that acupuncture which I have used frequently for physical injury and a series done to rebalance my metabolism to assist with weight loss would be helpful in any of the extreme cases mentioned. I recently moved and when have time tomorrow will find exact title of book and publisher and pass along. Guest guest
I've had Tinnitus (ringing in my ears) for more years than I've had crystals around, but if you find the crystals are causing yours, then sadly the crystals will have to go. Hope you can get it sorted, but most of us have to live with it. I've found that Reiki has greatly lessened the racket in my ears - some days it's very very quiet, some days it's louder. But again, Tinnitis is just a symptom. There is always a CAUSE, and that is what one needs to investigate. I also, which was not included, listed: I also recommend a visit to your doctor. Guest guest
Aloha Candace. . . Caring for our four legged brother and sisters can be a challenge as we need to rely on intuition and sensitivity to know what their needs are. Blessings to you in your love and dedication in your special commitment. There is a field of treatment originally used for treatment of animal, especially horses, called TT or Therapeutic Touch that you may want to look into. I seem to remember that it is based on principles of acupressure and widely and highly recommended by those working with horses. There are books available and I'm sure you can do an Internet search and get lots of good info. Allowing an animal to ingest stones not always such a good idea as they can block the digestive tract and if have sharp edges do other internal damage so owner is right about that.
