Guest guest
The article was very interesting - thanks for posting it! I've seen these for sale as well as the kansas pop rocks. Would be interested in hearing anyone's first hand accounts for either sets! The description certainly sounds great! jayne ______________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Guest guest
Jayne, I have used them for eliminating eye " floaters " . I placed them on my eyes..and laid down for about 30 minutes. When I was done my vision was much brighter and clearer. Also they are great for energetic balancing... just hold one in each hand... sit and do some full body circular brething to direct the energy...... balance! Guest guest
Pop Rocks and Boji stones are not really the same thing. Pop Rocks come from the same Boji® Inc. owned land, located in Kansas, that Boji® Stones come from. As with Boji® stones, Pop Rocks are an iron ore concretion. Because of " DEFECTS and or IMPERFECTION in these " PopRocks " , and the fact these defects ruin or diminish the healing energy of them, they are not considered Boji® stones. Pop Rocks are Boji Inc.'s reject stones, " Pop Rocks " are excellent for growing plants, but are not recommended as a healing tool for the human body. Pop Rocks also make a nice mineral specimen display for your stone collection. Pop Rocks are NOT Boji® alive stones. Over time, Pop Rocks can and will begin to break down and crumble into dust. That's a fact. They both come in " male " and " female " the males having crystallization protruding from the surface of the stone, the female stones typically have a much smoother surface, although some stones exhibit both male and female characteristics. It is always recommended they you use the two (male and female) together Just a little informative blurb Akiba ---- Jayne A 04/20/08 06:52:38 [CrystalHW] boji stones The article was very interesting - thanks for posting it! Healing comes from spirit. The crystal Deva, those healing agents that manifest through the crystals, are not concerned with marketing strategy. It is vital that we as healing practitioners get in touch with spirit by developing our intuition and then that we verify that intuition through practical application and evaluation. We need to be particularly aware that accepting either the common folklore or the latest theory without examination is equally unwise. Marketing promos are particularly susceptible to exaggeration distortion and outright falsehood . I suggest that one get to know " Boji 'stones and " pop rocks " and determine for oneself whether there is a difference whether or not either or both are helpful companions and or whether the advertising hype is valid or just BS. Guest guest
Peggy- > In fact quite often the " imperfect " stones are the more effective healing agents. > This is profoundly true in my experience. These bumped and dinged stone spirits know the experience of injury and the beauty of healing. They understand woundedness, and the gifts that one can find through difficulty and pain. These Elders reflect great medicine back to us, reminding us that even though we, ourselves, may experienced bumps and dings in life, we are still beautiful and perfect, just as we are. They ask us to reject the idea that we are somehow flawed or " damaged goods " because we have known suffering in our lives. They show that, instead, the suffering can become great medicine, which we can share with others and the world. On a day to day level, these stone spirits remind us that bumps and dings couldn't possibly take away, or diminish, the beauty of our soul essence. That these stone spirits are so often rejected - said to be somehow " less than " - doesn't reflect a truth about the stones, but rather reveals a distortion of our own, one that causes us to reject anything that isn't picture perfect, to deny that which doesn't meet a fairly limited and limiting expectation. It also reveals the difficulties involved in relating to others and the world based solely on appearances, inviting us to consider meeting others and the world in a different, deeper way. All stone spirits are perfect, and so we are. This lesson is often most powerfully, and effectively, communicated by the spirits that are bumped and dinged and cracked and cleaved. I am deeply grateful for the wisdom shared by these beautiful Elders, and am always glad to have a chance to sit in listening with them. Each dance is always filled with great healing on every level. > I suggest that one get to know " Boji 'stones and " pop rocks " and determine for oneself whether there is a difference whether or not either or both are helpful companions and or whether the advertising hype is valid or just BS. > This is sage advice. I have been working intensely with the stone spirits for over half my life, and I have never discerned even the slightest difference between Pop Rocks and " Boji Stones " . In my experience, the spirits, medicine and presence are the same. Thanks for speaking so clearly about some important facets of the dance. Guest guest
I very often choose the so-called " damaged/imperfect " crystals - makes them like me. Guest guest
I am tempted to answer this with a witty smart #%$ remark...but I will restain from a funny remark that I may be the only one enjoying. Hope you find the other one...but the boji still works...still conducts energy...and really the male/female thingy is symbolic/ You have a great stone that when opened shows veins somwhat like folliage. Use it to strengthen your connection to the ancient mysteries of this great planet. Know you have made good roots here.
