My husband has terrible migraines i use four amethyst. i have him lie down and

i put one on each of his shoulders one on his forehead and one just at the top

of his head not on his head.. the points all facing away. i also put peppermint

and sometimes lavender on his temples and back of his neck..i have him take

four or five deep breaths. than just have him keep them there usually he falls

asleep..

if she can catch them before they go into the really bad migraines it

helps..the most and fastest..

sometimes if he sniffs horseradish that helps as well depends on what kind it

is.,.

also if i take a amethyst point and use it in a sweeping motion over his head

starting at one sides going upward and moving toward the back than skipping

over his face i do the same to the other side moving backwards.. it helps.

but getting him to relax and breath threw the energy of the crystals helps

i have also heard that Tagua nut will work for headaches haven't tried them as

my husband hasn't gotten a migraine for some time so i could try them i think

hes afraid to... wondering what i will do to him next..lol.. i hope somebodys

suggestions help as i know how horrible they are..

love and light..

Dear Samantha,

You mentioned stones that are high in calcium and magnesium. Could you give me

a few examples of these. My son's girlfriend suffers from migrains at this

time. I would be so thankful if we could find something to help her. Thank you

so much.

Re: [CrystalHW] Re: Are there any crystals that help with

menstruation?......Samantha

Do you carry these stones with you while you're on the go or at work?

The ones that I am currently using during menstruation are:

prehnite, peach & green moonstone, rhodochrosite, apatite, amethyst.

The prehnite and peach/green moonstone combination helps with hormones

and to balance mood swings, also a great combination for menopause and

perimenopause.

The apatite and amethyst are great pain relievers.

The rhodochrosite is a great heart stone and helps with the emotion

factor, loving of self, as well as lovingly accepting " that time of

the month " . ;)

I have also used: bloodstone, chrysocolla, carnelian, garnet, amber,

red jasper, and ruby.

Stones that are high in calcium and magnesium are great also. Often

you can get headaches/migraines during menstruation and it can be

caused by a low amount of magnesium.

Crystal Blessings,

Tina
