If I may make a suggestion..ionic magnesium works wonders for MANY problems.

Taken at night, helps you relax and drift off to sleep. It is true that

migraines can be caused by low magnesium. Also, painful and or heavy

menstruation is usually a sign of hormonal imbalance. Avocados are a GREAT

source of good fats and potassium. (also good for migraines) I hope this helps.

my husband hasn't gotten a migraine for some time so i could try them i think

hes afraid to... wondering what i will do to him next..lol.. i hope somebodys

suggestions help as i know how horrible they are..

Do you carry these stones with you while you're on the go or at work?
