The ones that I am currently using during menstruation are:

prehnite, peach & green moonstone, rhodochrosite, apatite, amethyst.

The prehnite and peach/green moonstone combination helps with hormones

and to balance mood swings, also a great combination for menopause and

perimenopause.

The apatite and amethyst are great pain relievers.

The rhodochrosite is a great heart stone and helps with the emotion

factor, loving of self, as well as lovingly accepting " that time of

the month " . ;)

I have also used: bloodstone, chrysocolla, carnelian, garnet, amber,

red jasper, and ruby.

Stones that are high in calcium and magnesium are great also. Often

you can get headaches/migraines during menstruation and it can be

caused by a low amount of magnesium.

Crystal Blessings,

Tina

Do you carry these stones with you while you're on the go or at work?

I do carry them with me, usually in a pocket. Although sometimes I

wear jewelry that has the particular stone in it as that will do the

same thing.

Dear Samantha,

You mentioned stones that are high in calcium and magnesium. Could you give me

a few examples of these. My son's girlfriend suffers from migrains at this

time. I would be so thankful if we could find something to help her. Thank you

so much.

Hi Patti,

The method with the amethyst points recommended to you I have heard of and used

for regular headaches with regular quartz, though I get migraines sometimes. You

need to pull the energy away and out and the amethyst changes the negative

energy to positive energy. Also, the herb feverfew helps me and my sister who

gets them worse than I do. Hope this helps.
