Guest guest
Currently I have been using apatite (dk. blue) and amethyst together as they both work for pain relief. You can also try these forms of agate--botryoidal black, dendritic, flame, Mexican flame, graveyard plume, Carey plume. As for amethyst any will do as will chevron amethyst. I will have to look in my notes and see if I can find any other stones that are used for pain relief....they are everywhere at the moment, I really need to get organized. Oh, you may also wish to add a stone that will help with liver detox. Taking all that advil isn't good for your liver. I know from personal experience. Guest guest
Hi Tina! Thanks for the info. I added the bloodstone for blood flow regulation and it helps eliminate toxins and helps the liver and kidneys. Not to mention add a dose of courage. I chose ametrine for the amethyst/citrine balance. The energy from the citrine and negative energy repelling action was a nice two in one package with the benefits of the amethyst. The agates I have found not easy to find. Blue Lace seems to be everywhere and reasonable. If you have specific elixir recipes I would appreciate that information. Rescue remedy is good, but I want to learn the crystal Elder elixirs.
