I can't wait for the snow to melt off these huge green stones I have in my yard so I can take some pictures-I am sure someone can help me identify them. They have that muscovite/fuschite kind of glimmer to them, like mica, I guess, but I have no idea. I love the whole picture idea-I will take pictures of my yard, too when it is in full bloom! If it is the mint green, I will wager they are aventurine roughs. Aventurine has sparkly to it but it is different from the Fuchsite. I have a nice chuck of aventurine in it's rough state. I always like having pieces both ways, rough and polished to be able to see the differences first hand and it helps with future IDing.
