Guest guest
Merry meet all, im usually a lurker lol but post from time to time and enjoy this site very much. Ive been guided to do some clearing work on my chakras and was wanting to try working with the new aura crystals in making some aura waters. I know they are made with quartz and bonded with minerals, but im unsure as to which method i should use when making my water/elxirs. I have tangerine aura, angel aura, tanzine aura, and aqua aura. I just want to make sure all is safe to proceed. Im also going to be using these in combination with a few other crystals. Ialso have colbalt aura, champagne aura and titaniam aura but felt like i shouldnt use these ones. Im still looking to find flame or ruby aura as ive never seen it before. Ive looked on the web and couldnt find anything pertaining to gemwater or elixirs with the new aura crystals and would love some insight into this from this wonderful group. Thanks in advance Sypress

I know that the coating on Aqua Aura is gold, but I have no idea as to what the others are coated with. I do not know if soaking in water could damage the coloring either. Some metals are toxic, and who knows by what chemical process they are coated. So if you want to play it safe, use an alternate method. You could hold the crystal to the outside of the glass that the water is in and focus your energy into the water through the crystal and charge the water. You could surround the glass container that the water is in with stones around it by using six stones of the same type. Or you could put the crystal inside a smaller glass container and place that into a larger container and then add your water. The glass will not stop the energy from passing into the water . Guest guest
Many thanks and blessings, I will do a bit of research to see if I can find out what they are coated with first and if all else fails I will stick to the external methods. Guest guest
Aloha Sypress and All. . . We sell lots of Aqua Aura in spite of the fact that it is fairly expensive. I was hesitant to carry it at first as I considered it 'messed' with. One day when activity at our mineral display was slow I intuitively opened the Melody Tarot Deck and flipped open to the 'Queen of Cups' page. Spirit is in the habit of answering ??'s I have about minerals in fairly short order, so I knew a lesson was being offered. The stone mentioned on that page was 'aqua aura' which she refers to as a master-master healer as both gold and quartz are 'master' healers. I began to offer it and discovered that those the most hesitant to buy 'altered stones' were often the ones most drawn to it. I've had reports of some very dramatic experiences, to lengthy to relate right now. Here's the skinny on Aqua Aura. It is not painted on, or dipped or irradiated. The process used to make Aqua Aura uses a vacuum and the piezo-electric properties of the Quartz to allow a molecular bonding of the Gold with the Quartz. The beautiful iridescent blue sheen is a result of the gold. The bluish color permeating the stone is a result of the light coming through each piece. Our current suppliers says that pieces are reported to have been combined with pure gold. Another supplier recently had some pieces analyzed and found that there was also an element of tin found there. This makes sense to me in some ways as pure gold is very soft and usually combined with an amalgam to make it able to be 'worked' with. Perhaps John Van Rees can comment on this. Many favor Aqua Aura as a way to energize and to clear stones. The fact that Gold runs energy three times faster that Quartz may contribute to the fact that those picking it up often feel a 'buzz'. The kids really enjoy picking up the DT pieces and placing them in their dominant hand between the thumb and second finger to be able to easily feel the 'buzz'. We often refer to them an little batteries. Some can feel it and often others not. When the physical body is low on water (an electrical conductor) or when one is wearing other electrical or LED devices (watches, cameras) the effect is sometimes not as apparent. We have had double terminated points in the past but right now are only able to get small one inch hearts and small clusters. I experimented with clusters this weekend as I needed to select one for website customer (not shown there, need to contact us) and found that I could feel energy from and not from others. If customer requests, we use pendulum in choosing (directions at website). Also information on Aqua Aura, Quarts w/ Platinum and Quartz w/ Tanzanite under mineral properties at our website. People who have little knowledge of stones often stop and take pictures of it after we place it on a really interesting Okenite geode that we have. One customer took a piece home and placed it with a piece of Smokey Quartz that she had and found that the entire house vibrated whenever she put the two pieces together. She was someone that worked with lead based 'crystalline' glazes in making her pottery and found that it was assisting in 'detoxing' her body from exposure to the lead. I recently found out that other combinations have different names Quartz w/ Platinum-iridescent white is often called Angel Aura Quartz w/ Copper-iridescent apricot is often called Imperial Aura. There is also Quartz w/ Tanzanite-an indigo color that I have never heard a nick name for. I'm sure that all of combination resonate with combinations of minerals included. Elixirs can be made by placing minerals (especially ones not desirable to have contact with water with) in glass container and putting that in center of container of water or other liquid one want to share vibration with. Since water has a corrosive effect on many metals, it seems safest to use that method rather than immerse the stone itself directly ingot water. There is an iced tea server made from glass that I have seen some use that has a central chamber where one can put ice that I've seen perfect for making elixirs. I anyone knows of the source please let me know. Hope this answers some questions. An extremely beautiful and powerful stone and very healing for those who resonate with it! In Light and Joy!
