I first have to question you as you didn't even identify yourself and yet you want someone here to give you a bunch of information. Have you done any research on this at all? Have you looked at any books? Have you looked in the archives of this group? I see too many people asking to be spoon fed information rather than doing a bit of self research. For instance: yesterday I get a call from someone calling on my toll free number... The Question is: " I bought a laser crystal and they told me it was from Columbia. What does that mean? " She didn't buy the crystal from us... but called me at my expense to ask about a purchase she made somewhere else. Why didn't she ask them? Then when I took my time and explained to her about Laser crystals... she was actually rude with me because she had been sold a bad (broken) crystal. I feel that there is a direct correlation between effort put forth and reward given. Things given without cost often don't hold as much value for the receiver. I have spent countless hours reading, buying books, getting books from the library, even searching the resource section of my local library. There is so much information every where all it takes is a little effort. As for programing and clearing I normally don't. I have done in special cases like my chakra crystals that I use daily and my reiki quartz but the rest I just let them be. They live together so they take care of each other.
