Stones and Headaches??

Hi,Sky here;

The only stone that I ever had a problem with headaches was my 7 inch

Lemurian

Crystal,but I learn that when ever I sit with my Lemurian I must have a Smoky

Crystal or a Rose Quartz. The make a wonderful convination.

Personally, I have never had grounding stones give me a headache. The only

crystals I have had that happen with (and it was wearing in combination)

Amethyst and Lapis Lazuli. Both are strong third eye stones and I wore them at

the

same time. Wound up with a headache right in the third eye area.

 

I would suggest trying using either of them in combination with rose quartz

and/or lepidolite and see if that doesn't help you out.
