I know there is some book out that actually is a guide to rock hounding locations in PA but I do not recall the title and I am not finding it listed on amazon. I had seen it a while back in my local Borders. You might take a look at these books if you can find it in your local Border's or B & N. It might give you places to look in there: _http://www.amazon.com/Pennsylvania-Caves-Other-Roadside-Wonders/dp/0811726320 /ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1202440440 & sr=1-1_ (http://www.amazon.com/Pennsylvania-Caves-Other-Roadside-Wonders/dp/0811726320/r\ ef=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1202440440 & sr=1-1) This one might be the one I was thinking of: _http://www.amazon.com/Gem-Trails-Pennsylvania-New-Jersey/dp/1889786098/ref=sr _1_2?ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1202440968 & sr=1-2_ (http://www.amazon.com/Gem-Trails-Pennsylvania-New-Jersey/dp/1889786098/ref=sr_1\ _2?ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=120244096 8 & sr=1-2) _http://www.amazon.com/Roadside-Geology-Pennsylvania/dp/0878422277/ref=pd_sim_ b_title_3_ (http://www.amazon.com/Roadside-Geology-Pennsylvania/dp/0878422277/ref=pd_sim_b_\ title_3) _http://www.amazon.com/Earth-Treasures-Northeastern-Connecticut-Massachusetts/ dp/0595089585/ref=pd_sim_b_title_7_ (http://www.amazon.com/Earth-Treasures-Northeastern-Connecticut-Massachusetts/dp\ /0595089585/ref=pd_sim_b_title_7) Hope this helps Blessings to your eve. Tom and Leslie are good people, very personable and friendly. I usually go with one of my girlfriends when I hit ARS and then we stop for lunch. I was up there about 3 weeks ago. I had not been there in almost 3 years due to lack of time and money at the same time. I got 2 strands (different shapes) of lava rock beads, a pair of moss agate earrings and a couple of Himalayan salt tea lamps that are *ginger jar* shaped for flanking the Eye of Horus urn that Tanzerin's (our much loved and missed dog of 14 years who passed in her sleep over the night/morn of Oct 31/Nov 1st. I am looking forward to going up there again in a few weeks to see what new goodies have arrived from the Tucson show. At any rate I am about an hour south-eastish of Zieli and ARS. I think it is 55 miles from my home. Are you familiar with Monroeville at all? I am very close to there. What direction from and how far are you from ARS? Blessings to your eve all. Some are perminent shops and some are seasonal (around Xmas holiday). I don't know if they still offer visits to their warehouse or not but you could always email them and ask. I had always hoped to get to go to their warehouse. It would be awesome! Blessings to your weekend all.
