Guest guest Posted February 7, 2008 Report Share Posted February 7, 2008 Hi all, I've been sleeping very poorly lately, so all week I've been sleeping with a small piece of each rose quartz, and hematite in a pouch in my pillow. It works very well for a restful sleep, however I wake up very groggy. I'd like to continue using this 'sleep aid' through Monday, as my work schedule has thrown off my sleeping schedule. Is there a different stone, or a better combination I could try that might leave me less groggy?
