Guest guest
Found this today when searching for something else. Looks like it would be a nice, simple meditation. http://healing.about.com/od/chakrameditate/a/chakrabath.htm jayne

Looks like it would be a nice, simple meditation. snippet from the article- " Moving the different color lights in a clockwise motion brings in energy to that chakra, moving the different color lights in a counter-clockwise motion repel incoming energy or protect that chakra. " ~~~ This would actually depend on what view of the chakras and motion (clockwise or counter) you believe they turn. I have one chakra information piece (kind of like a flip card or *quick* reference guide) that actually tells of the chakras alternating in there spin and it is opposite for men and women. Example: the root chakra is spinning counter on the woman, it spin clockwise on the man and subsequently the sacral would spin clockwise for the woman and count for the man all the way up the chakras. I may have the spin switched from what the piece states. Think of it like the gears in a piece of machinery, if you have them in a straight line and connected, they alternate which is turning clockwise and which is counter clockwise To me this makes sense and works. It gives balance. To someone else it may not make sense. Like everything in this realm, much of it is interpretation and what feels right for you. Something you could also add to this meditation is holding a crystal for each chakra color when you get to that chakra while you do the imagery or simply holding one crystal (clear quartz or selenite would do well) for the entire time so as to not have to *interupt* the flow to stop and change crystals. Blessings to your day all. ReNau " Codail, suaimhnigh i nge/aga nadragain " " Sleep, rest in the arms of the Dragon " **************Biggest Grammy Award surprises of all time on AOL Music. Guest guest
Hi ReNau, I'd not heard about the possibility of chakras spinning in different directions. That's really interesting! Yep, I agree. It's about what's right for you. I will have to go and play with this theory now! PS I hope your puppy is ok now. Have been out of touch a bit, so not sure if you've posted about him lately.
