Hearing your stones

Hi K,

 

The best way to " hear " your stones speak to you (Everyone's different. Some

people physically hear, some people hear in their " mind's ear " ) is to find

a quiet place and enter into meditation holding the stone. Allow yourself

to get very quiet. Then tell your stone hello and ask it if it has any

information for you. Ask it how it would like to be stored, how it would

like to be cleaned, how its energy will affect you, and anything else that

you'd like to know. Wait for an answer. Trust what you receive. Don't

second guess yourself.

 

When I do this, I imagine a volume control knob in the middle of my chest

and turn my volume down. I then imagine that my hand and arm is a straw and

I suck the energy of the stone up the straw of my arm and fill myself with

it. Then I just listen and notice and write down what I receive when I'm

done.
