Sore throat

I always love turquoise for sore throats....I see it as a walk your talk stone

and often sore throats are because we are being held back in what we say or not

being in truth with how we communicate....what we know as our truth. Of course

it always helps with turquoises' high copper content which can stimulate the

anti-oxidant enzyme production...so wear it close to the skin. Blue is the

designated color for the throat chakra and of course is the opposite color of

red...the color of irritations, inflammations and the raw throat.

Couple this with some acidophilus (pro-biodic) daily...first thing in morning

and before bed. You are then aiding the good bacteria...increasing their

numbers...which surround the bad bacteria and dis-arm them. Did you know there

are over 600 types of bacteria in our system...many vital and protective...and

good or bad...all with their own language...they actually communicate and

congregate. And when their numbers reach a critical mass the good bacteria can

glow in the dark...and give off light energy. It is called Quorum Sensing. Our

amazing bodies!!! So many worlds within.

Hope this helps...along with the wisdom this great stone brings,

Actually I wouldn't recommend any stones at this point. You said you

have had it for 4 months and it keeps coming back. I would see a

doctor. Or you can try to meditate on your throat chakra. Myself being

a spiritual healer, It would be wrong of me to tell you that the stone

itself would make it go away. If it were just a soar throat for a few

days, then I would give you a whole list of stones.

Sorry if this isn't the answer you wanted,

Rick

To everyone:

The sore throat has been going on for 4 months. Although trying salt

water MAY temporarily get rid of the symptoms of a sore throat, it is

obvious that this is more than just a sore throat. Even cough syrups

have on the bottle if the irritation persists for a certain amount of

time to go see a doctor. I think we have something more serious than a

common sore throat. You guys are giving really good suggestions but

this can turn into a life threatening situation if a proper check up

isn't first evaluated.

I am not trying to be mean, I am just worried about the health of others.

I RECOMEND DOING SOME WORK ON YOUR THROUGHT CHAKRA.

YOU MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY BUT KEEPING IT BACK TO

SAVE ARGUMENTS AND HURT.

IF THATS THE CASE YOU ARE THE HURTING.

TRY BLUE LACE AGATE,OR SODOLITE.

JUST A THOUGHT AND WAS THE THOUGHT THAT CAME TO MIND STRAIGHT AWAY.

I ALWAYS GO WITH THE FIRST THOUGHT.

TRY IT GOOD LUCK.

Hi Everyone,

A long time ago I had an old country Dr. recommend this mixture for sore

throats (I used to get strep throat over and over again).

1 cup HOT water (as hot as you can stand it)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda (not baking powder)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (you can use the real-lemon in a bottle)

The mixture will fizz. Gargle with it every hour or as often as you possibly can

for the first 24 hours. Then gargle as you can until sore throat is gone. Use

the whole cup and make new each time.

I have not had another bout of strep in years. My daughters use it and so do

their kids.

This works fantastic but you do have to be diligent with the gargling.
