Guest guest Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 Ocean thermal energy would burn very clean and it wouldn't put pollutants into the atmosphere But, with our current state of technology, OTEC plants would be susceptible to disrupting and maybe damaging the local environment.
