Guest guest
Hi! I want to know about 'cleansing' techniques? Right after working on them, with intent, I usually blow the negativity out of them and thank spirit. I was wondering the best method for cleansing all of them. I want to keep them charged with the positive energies, while the negative energies are cleared. I read that putting them into dry sea salt is effective, but that it clears the stones/crystals of all the energies (both negative and positive ones). Any suggestions? --Rose
Guest guest
Hi Rose, salt kills crystals so I would not use it. It dries them out and the deva dies.I have found the best ways of cleansing to be running water or holding the crystal through insense smoke. On 12/1/07, Rose <contactrose10-groups wrote: > > > > Hi! Intention breath and energy all work though for the most part cleansing is for the benefit of the people The ambient energies that crystals pickup dissipate rapidly clearing oneself is often far more important than clearing the crystals Peggy > Hi Rose, salt kills crystals so I would not use it. Guest guest
I read that about plain salt as well, that it harmful for the crystal since it creates a hole in their electromagnetic field.* page 32 " The American Indian Secrets of Crystal Healing " but that to make a mixture of 1/4 teaspoon sea salt with one quart water natural or distilled in a natural bowl..to leave any new crystal that you get in this mixture for a week. also any crystal that is worn for protection or therapeutic reasons should be purified every day..one that is just put on a desk or table doesn't it need it as often but to let your intuition be your guide, there are also other ways to cleanse a crystal or stone as not all can go into salt water.. you can use running water, smudge,( white sage, cedar, sweet grass, palo santo, some in the sunlight, moonlight, rain, sometimes placing them on a larger cluster of quartz. there are several ways to cleanse crystals.. once again let your intuition be your guide.. you might take some clear quarts and try several of the ways and see what feels best for you.. i must admit my friend always uses just salt and i have never felt comfortable with doing it that way and i do love the way my clear quarts shine after being in the rain water sea salt bath for a week.. just give it a gu.. let us know how it works for you.. b.o.t.e ( best of the energies) candy Rose <contactrose10-groups wrote: Hi! Guest guest
My crystal teacher who has a lot of experience says this is the case and has seen crystals killed by salt quite a few times. Salt is poisonous to many creatures in nature, so I can believe it kills the deva too.I think it is probably due to the deva's home ( the crystal) being dried out.
