Low Reiki Energy

I am a III degree holder and have been practising Reiki fairly

regularly. But recently I feel that my energy levels have been

declining. Whenever I do a self-treatment, I feel that somebody

prevents me from continuing. Can anyone ssuggest a way to overcome

this ? Will re-attuning help me ? I have read lot about Reiki Guides

but haven't got an opportunity to contact them. How can I contact

them ?

Can anyone suggest Crystal meditations for me ?

I own Clear and Pink Quartz, Turmolin, and 7 crystals corresponding to

colors of 7 chakras names of all I don't know. But I definitely own

Amethyst.

I don't think there's a need for re-attuning, I do think that sometimes

we simply feel the energy less, although it's always there when asked

for. I don't hear or see guides either, I just mentally ask for help

if I feel I need it.

As ever, you're getting just what you need at this time. Just for

today, do not worry ;-)

I have noticed in myself and in others that for some reason we loose the ability

to feel the energy as well, but i also have noted that it doesnt mean that its

not there.. but for what ever reason we just feel it less. When we feel it

differently or less than we did before we let this stop us because we feel as if

its gone... but its not its still there and it still works the same but for

what ever reason we are just not feeling it the same..if you think that a

re-attuning will help than by all means have one done. i have a very dear friend

who went to a school to learn about energy and she was all aglow with how she

felt and all that she had learned.. i told her that one day she might feel as if

she had lost it for some reason but to plod threw the feeling and continue with

what she was doing the best and the same way. At the time she didnt believe,.

but a few years later i saw her again and she asked me if i remembered what i

had told her and i said yes.. and she

told me that it had happened to her and that she did plod threw it as she kept

in mind what i had told her.

 

i have talked to several others who have felt the same, or should i say dont

feel the same that they feel as if for some reason the energy isn't as

strong..if somebody knows why this happens i would like to know..

 

but my advice to you is dont get all worried as its still there and the reiki

guides and elders are still there. I am a reiki master and dont practice reiki

so i felt for sure that it had all left me the feeling i had when i would use

that form of energy so i sat down to just see.. having to look up the symbols

so i got them right when i used them but it was still there i could feel the

same feelings in my palms. It desnt leave you its part of you always..you might

look at whats going on in your life right now.. see if your going threw any sort

of shift or change...

 

You might take your chakra stones and cleanse them in the full moon this

weekend on the earth if at all possible than take a cleansing bath and use the

stones to balance out your chakras.. and drink lots of water.. i hope this helps

It seems that we have all have had this experience from time to time. I agree

with Candy.....the energy is always with you...all you need to do is honor it

and have the intention of sharing it.

 

I used to try to analyze it when it seemed that the energy was low.... " are my

energy fields weak? " ..... " is the person blocking and I just can't feel the

energy flowing? " .....and on and on. But at some point I realized there is no

need to analyze---what is necessary, of course, is to stay focused, and stay on

intention. As long as your intention is there, the Reiki energy will be there

for it's divine, intelligent purpose.

 

Also, most people I know, including me, have come up with a silent mantra, a

visual of one of the symbols, or a prayer to increase the " feeling " of the

energy. This can be done without losing focus, or intention, and is very

helpful. You may want to try this and see what works best for you.

Candy gives very sound advice here. What I would like to add to it is this a

personal experience:

 

I work with crystals as well as being level II Reiki since May. The crystals

I have been working with for almost a decade now. In working with them I

have over a decade obviously gathered together a substantial family of

crystals.

Because my collecting of them was a slow enough process each time I added

new crystal energy to the room (bedroom at the time and now meditation room) I

became acclimated to the energies without it creating an uncomfortable energy

spike for me. Other people however, who do not live here would ask how I

could sleep in there due to the energy being very *jangly* in there? As

mentioned it was a gradual increase, so I was less effected by it on a daily

level.

That doesn't mean the energy isn't there just that it was grown with me so to

speak.

 

Since we converted that bedroom into a meditation room complete with a

consecration ritual and a crystal healing grid mounted to the ceiling (10 foot

diameter too large for the floor) the energy is smoother and more focused. It is

very calming and soothing energy in the M and a great place to do healing

work with all the crystals and the grid in there to lend their energies to the

healing both directly if they call out for physical contact and just in the

crystal-collective consciousness (for lack of a better terming).

 

So, suffice it to say, the energy is still all around you and channeling

through you, you have just become more accustomed to it that the sensations have

lessened but the energy has not.
