Guest guest
Aloha All. . Lots of posts lately about working with stones in grids or chakra layouts. These are principles I was taught to follow. . Energy goes toward point of termination. In case of polished radiates in all directions unless their is obvious striation such as in tourmaline, ruby, sapphire still visible. Energy goes toward light. Energy goes toward heat. Energy goes toward water and Energy goes toward the Earth. This is useful info in working with chakra layouts, mediation or any healing work. To gather energy point crystal in direction of source needing to receive energy. To release or send energy away from stone or mineral point away from subject, i.e. person or even another stone. Most of us have a dominant (giving) and non dominant (receiving) hand. It is usually the same as right and left, but is something you need to feel and experiment with to 'know' for sure. A common easy tune-up for me is to place a quartz crystal (sometimes citrine) in my left receiving hand pointed up my arm toward my elbow bringing i energy and and then use another crystal in right hand, sometimes a smokey quartz or black tourmaline in other to pull and release unneeded energies out of body and release into Earth with gratitude. I need breathe while doing this with thoughts of gratitude and listen for clues about actions I may need to take to restore balance in my life. Didn't intend for this to be long, but wanted to post a piece that came to me years ago about appreciating stone beings and expressing gratitude, which I have fortunately had much cause to do of late. Hope this comes through o.k. HONORING YOUR CRYSTAL/ MINERAL FRIENDSHIPS GREET your Crystal or Mineral Friend with an Open Heart. BE PRESENT for what is being Offered. FEEL its unconditional LOVE.NOTICE aspects about your friend that makes it Unique. TRUST the Wisdom of your New Friend. TALK with your Friend often, until there is a sense of Clarity about what has been Shared. ASK how you can best Honor that Knowledge and Understanding. CREATE a plan of Action to followthrough on, then ACKNOWLEDGE your Ability to do so. HONOR the Beauty and Importance of what you have experienced by expressing GRATITUDE, GRATITUDE, GRATITUDE!
