Guest guest
We never did get into the habit of posting practice drills or meditations or experiments but here is some of the ones we did do in July of 01 and it might be worth it to do this again as most of the members now may not have done these. 1. Find the rock, stone or crystal you have that attracts you most at the moment and look at it use all of your senses to explore it (except taste, some stones are poisonous) and write about it and what you experience with it , what attracts you to it now. 2. Just off hand from what you know right now what stone would you keep if you could only have one? 3. Go outside or somewhere where there are rocks, stones ,pebbles and find one just a plain ordinary wild rock in the street that attracts you in some way and study it look and meditate on it and describe it tell us what you think about it. Do you get any sense of what it could work for ? where it has been or come from ? Have fun with these . Guest guest
I'll try to get to 1 & 3 this weekend. But the second question jumped right out at me. I'd keep my amethyst ball. It's been with me for about 13 years. It's amazing who and what I see in there... deb skygreen <skygreen wrote: We never did get into the habit of posting practice drills or meditations or experiments but here is some of the ones we did do in July of 01 and it might be worth it to do this again as most of the members now may not have done these. 1.
