Over the weekend a friend told me that bloodstone is not influenced by surrounding energy and that a bloodstone pendulum would give an accurate answer. Is this correct? SO regardless of what tool/methid you use ..... you are in truth influencing the answers because they are coming from deep within you. One thing to practice is trying to stay completely objective by keeping your mind and emotions blank. Ask the pendulum the question, and 'channel' the energy that comes through. If you use your own energy, (which I learned the hard way from the very beginning), it's not as accurate and you can get tired very quickly. That's wonderful that you have a 'bloodstone' pendulum! I only have a bloodstone, but not one as a pendulum. I have a rose quarts pendulum that I had gotten on a long back silky type chord. I wear it around as a necklace, so that the rose quarts is by my heart chakra. At first I didn't like the string, but it still works. I have one more on the regular 'normal' type of chain. Just purchased a few others (one I am giving to a friend as a gift). I think that information is correct about the blood stone pendulum. My rose quarts merkaba pendulem appears to glow manytimes in high energy situations. Enjoy your stone. It was ment to be yours. My step daughters little sister (who is not my step daughter, she has a different dad) was with us, she lost an amythist. So i found a little box of amythist points, i asked for one for maddie, and the first one i picked up vibrated in my hand. Thinking wow, if this little point is so power ful maybe i will keep it. It stopped. I asked, is this point for me? and nothing, I asked is this point for maddie, and it started again. I love when stones communicate with me. Have you tried asking it why it glows? Try holding it and in your receiver hand and see what your stone has to say. I have a feeling it glows when it needs to do something for you. Weather it is healing, or communication, or meditation, (ew i suck at meditating.)
