Crystal Meditation by Marion

This meditation is excellent for rejuvenation, relaxation,

and healing work. Use as needed.

Step 1: Lie down in a comfortable position.

Step 2: Close your eyes and visualize your body exactly as it is

right now, only made of clear crystal.

Step 3: Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,

slowly. This should be a flowing and relaxing breath.

Step 4: Observe your crystal body. You may notice

areas which are dark or different from the rest. This

usually indicates tension, injury, imbalance, or sickness

of some kind.

Step 5: From above, picture a white-green light pouring down

over you like a silent river. Feel it warm and comforting as

it flows around you.

Step 6: Breathe in the white-green light, as you would

air itself. See it filling every muscle, bone, and

cell. As it is exhaled, it will be a brown, muddy

color. Give this energy back to the mother, she knows

best how to handle dirt. Continue this process until

the light which enters is the same color as that

which is exhaled. This means that you have done as much

as possible.

Step 7: Do not worry if you fall asleep as that is a natural

side effect of this meditation. If you are still awake at the

end, do not move quickly. Try to roll from your pelvis when you

stand, keeping the balance you have just achieved. Brusk

movements will do more harm than good.

Step 8: Take notes on thoughts, inspiration, visions, etc. that

you may have experienced.
