Guest guest
Over the last several months, I have acquired quite a nice collection of crystals and I just love all of them. My question is which stones are beneficial to keep on my desk at work to decrease stress? There is (sometimes) A LOT of negative energy in the workplace and I feel it depletes my energy fields. Also, is there a specific stone or a combination of stones to carry in my car for driving panic attacks? All help is much appreciated. Blessings to all. Guest guest
I keep the following on my desk: fire agate rose quartz carlenian yellow cetrine malachite blue flourite amethyst black tourmaline quartz crystal I used to have panic attacks driving in heavy traffic, but the past couple of months I've been dealing with it really well and nothing upsets me (except people who don't use their blinkers). Yesterday I cleaned out my car and I found my black obsidian in a cup holder which I had forgotten about it. I thought I lost it. I also put a 'protection bubble' over the car before I put it in drive. Moonstone is also good for travel. There is (sometimes) A LOT of negative energy in the workplace and I feel it depletes my energy fields.~~ Greetings and Salutations Dee, Cleaning up email this weekend, I see that I never replied to this. So, my apologies for the delay. I have a big chuck of lepidolite with quartz, a large rose quartz chunk, a selenite wand and a chunk of black obsidian around my work space plus a faceted quartz star (pentagram) hanging from the light fixture at my desk that I feel inclined to give a spin on occasion to help clear the air. Folks at work know I am a witch ... so that helps with my little rock collection ... heehee As far as the car goes, I have a small quartz cluster and a small amethyst cluster on my dashboard. I have them there for protection of the vehicle and all WELCOMED occupants. I can't say these would help with panic attacks while driving but they certainly protect my car. You could add rose quartz and lepidolite to the car as well though. Blessings to your day all. Love & Light TalkingFeather I've recently started to get slight panic attacks when driving too. What do mean by a protection bubble, and how would you do it? Thanks.
