Guest guest
Inner Dance: a healing dance The Inner Dance is a form of healing once practiced by ancient healers in the Philippines called Babaylans. Those who undergo the experience will soon find that it is not a dance, really, but more of an inner work that unifies mind, body, and spirit. It is a meditation that allows one to access powerful forces that simultaneously silences the mind, all the while activating one's pranic field, particularly when one practices the art within a group of common intentions. Since its inception, core groups in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao have been formed, alongside Sacred Tourism, a program that seeks to share sacred spaces around the country to pilgrims and spiritual travelers.
