Beloved Family of Light,

Just wanted to share a little healing meditation/visualization that popped

into my thoughts just now...Angelic inspirations of healing wanting to be shared

for whomever has need or request.

Breathe deeply for a few moments, with the intention to connect more closely

with the energy of your Highest Self, God/dess and Angels...Divine Presence by

whatever name you choose and are most comfortable with.

Ask to be shown the color that is most healing for you at this time. You may

immediately see, hear or feel a certain color...you may even see the entire

rainbow of unified light. Trust what immediately comes to you. Ask that the

energy of this healing color of light work for the Highest Good in all ways, on

all levels, through all time and space, and bless you and those around you and

all concerned.

Visualize this color that is shown to you and BREATHE it deeply into your

being. Visualize it's light shining brightly upon you, within you and all

around you, and bringing a feeling of peaceful balance and renewed vitality.

Sit with this feeling of peaceful balance for as long as you like.

Be the pallette upon which this color dances and allow it's energy to blend

and harmonize with all the colors that are you are, and know that like the

rainbow, you are an essence of Divine Light united in beautiful harmony. Feel

the joy in this oneness, and know that you truly are a masterpiece...Divine

Lovlieness to behold and to share.

Give thanks for all gifts of awareness you've recieved through this

meditation/visualization and let the peaceful feelings shine upon all in your

day for the Highest Good of One and All.
