Dear Alisa, Dawn and Charlene,

 

Thank you so very much for your prompt and very thoughtful responses. I

find them to be very helpful. I agree what is frustrating about some of these

crystal books is that we're not told the reason we should not use certain

crystals for particular ailments.

 

Thus far, I have in my crystal book collection, the " Crystal Bible " ,

" Book of Stones " , and " A Journey Through the Chakras " , and the " Crystal Healing

Pack " . I'm the type of person who likes to understand the details that support

any position. I think I have enough books that provide descriptions of stones.

I'd like to find more books that discuss particular healing lay outs for certain

ailments. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I've been looking

on Amazon, and it's difficult to figure out what texts would have this type of

content.

 

The cancer at issue is Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. I'm also a Reiki Level 2.

I was hoping the crystal healing would enhance my Reiki treatments.

 

I'll look into all of your suggestions. A stone that interested me based

on my reading the " Crystal Bible " was Dioptase. Has anyone had any good

experience with that stone for treating cancer or other ailments? It appears to

be pretty rare and is expensive. I just purchased a small piece.

 

Dawn, thanks so much for excerpting that article. It's very

interesting. It reminds me of the articles I've read about lymphoma and its

relationship to the body's PH. If it's not too much trouble, I'd be interested

in your sending the entire article to me.

Dear Pam,

I use Dioptase as a general health enhancer - I find it good for the immune

system. But specifically for cancer the Seraphinite is the most potent healer it

works on the cell level both bringing cancerous cells back to normal and both

keeping healthy cells from turning cancerous. My mother had a tumor removed

approx. a year and a half ago. The night after her operation I put a small piece

of Seraphinite into her pillow and the next morning she was full of energy and

felt like new. The doctors were amazed at her recovery from the surgery and

released her by noon although they had told her initially that she would have to

stay at least 3 nights.

Hi Alisa,

 

Thanks very much for the info. re Diaptase and Seraphinite. It's so

difficult trying to figure out what stones are the best to use for any given

ailment. I didn't know until you mentioned it that Seraphinite was good for

cancer. It is mentioned in the " Book of Stones " text that I have as being good

for cancer, but I didn't happen to come across it until you mentioned it, as

that text has no index re ailments. I briefly tried looking for Seraphinite

on-line. It appears to be another rare and pricey stone like Dioptase. I will

have to add it to my collection, as you recommend so highly.

 

I really appreciate your sharing your story about your mother -- how

wonderful! I'm really encouraged by your story. Nothing recommends a

particular stone more than a successful personal experience.
