Guest guest
I have read that chrysocolla is good for rumination on negative events or thoughts. It helps to break the obsessive cycle and just kind of free your mind. Does anyone know of anything else that is good for this?
Guest guest
Greetings, This is what I have - Hessonite - clears negativity, eliminates feelings of inferiority, promotes positive change. [3] Jasper - powerful physical healer, protects against negatitivy. [X] Petalite - enhances ablility to feel energy, dissolves negative energy/black magic, the stone of Angels. [0] Number Key: The numbers in brackets relate to the corresponding chakra for that stone. [1] = Root Chakra [2] = Navel Chakra [3] = Solar Plexus Chakra [4] = Heart Chakra [5] = Throat Chakra [6] = Third Eye Chakra [7] = Crown Chakra [0] = Can Be Applied To Any Chakra [X] = Chakra Application Depends Upon Color Of The Stone Walk In Light, Debra Mary <marydaze19 wrote: I have read that chrysocolla is good for rumination on negative events or thoughts. Guest guest
Actually its CHRYSOPRASE, not chrysocolla. My mistake. The Crystal Bible says that it will help you overcome impulsive thoughts and actions and will turn you attention to positive events. This book was written by judy hall by the way. Anyway does anyone know of any other stones that clear thoughts away from the pessimistic and the negative and help stop ruminating negativity? either from some other book or just personal experience. Not just plain quartz though. For me that will just heighten whatever mood i am already in. Guest guest
thanks so much for looking this up. the other two i will take a closer look at but i have found that i am sensitive to jasper. i mean if i have fallen out of touch with nature it tends to help draw me back and ground me, but at the same time i have found that it is very energizing. and in the case of the subject being discussed here, i find that it will actually energize and expand any stress i am having. my guess is that i have read that people worry to try to feel a sense of control of their situations, but that obviously no control is gained. the root chakra can rev up ones survival instinct and this is why i suspect that jasper, especially red, seems to rev up my worrying as well. i think the issue lies in the higher energy centers. :-) --- <candelrose_2000 wrote: > Greetings, > This is what I have - > > Hessonite - clears negativity, eliminates feelings of inferiority, promotes positive change.
